Michelle Goold is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology in Stoney Creek. She takes a client-centered approach to care, working with clients experiencing muscle tension, discomfort, and movement related concerns. As well as those looking to support their physical well-being and maintain active lifestyle.
Michelle incorporates a variety of massage therapy techniques and acupuncture into her treatments, with an emphasis on addressing each client’s individual concerns and treatment goals. Her approach is informed by strong interest in therapeutic movement and helping clients better understand and connect with their bodies.
Michelle strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where clients feel heard and supported throughout their treatment. She works with a range of clients, including everyday athletes and those looking to move and feel better in their daily lives.
